How to Register

1) Purchase orders: email the P.O. number along with the number of participants and contact information to dannyhill@poweroficu.com. Individual names are not necessary. You will receive a validation reply. If an invoice is needed, use the email address and one will be sent to you immediately.

2) Paypal may be used for registration (excluding the group rate).

3) Mail: Mail checks with Registration Information to JJ&ZAK, 201 Hartman Drive, Suite G 224, Lebanon, Tn. 37087. Please include your contact name, number of participants, email address, and phone number.
